I’m writing this so that one day when you learn English you can read about my adventures and you’ll know everything I wanted to share along the way with you.
This weekend I started to list my furniture for sale so that I can move to Asia in the summer (the move that you think is crazy). I have decided to save the money that I make in a glass jar and I will use it on my solo trip to Colombia in the summer. I’ve decided to visit your home before I move so that I can learn more about your culture, your country, your language and what has made you the person that you are today. I’m so excited to travel again. For the longest time I was too scared to give up my life in America because I thought I wouldn’t be able to come back, but then I realised I was giving up my life to stay in America. For the first time in my life I feel free even though I have set myself goals and things I need to achieve. Sometimes I wonder if I should be moving to South America instead, but I have so many things I want to do that I need to do it in this order first.
Last summer I planned a long road trip across the USA, it was fairly last minute but I spent a lot of time researching and deciding upon places to visit and things that would make me feel alive. I realised how much I enjoy looking into all the little details and finding out about fun places to visit, or reading reviews and deciding where to go. Now I’m doing the same again but for my trip to Colombia and my new adventures in Asia.
